Cancellation Policy
Please read before booking. By booking a service, you agree to the following terms: Turnaround Time Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days, depending on the service and complexity. Rush services are available for an additional fee—please contact me before booking if needed. Communication All communication will be handled via email or DM (whichever you choose at checkout). Please respond within 48 hours to prevent delays in your project. Revisions Each service includes 1–2 free revisions (as stated in the service details). Extra revisions will require an additional fee. Refunds & Cancellations Due to the custom nature of all services, no refunds will be issued after the design process has started. Cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Final Files & Delivery Final files will be delivered in high-resolution formats (e.g. PNG, JPG, MP4, PDF, etc.) depending on your service. Editable/source files are only included in premium packages unless otherwise stated. Late Payments Full payment is required upfront to begin any work.
